Follow the instructions below, to ensure an error free number change.
1) Advise Rep: This is not a normal process that should be offered. A non-waiveable fee will apply per swap.
2) In SD, Select the subscriber and change number to a random temporary number then paste the temp number here .
3) Open KB, select CSM, and pull up the BAN
4) Select tab 3 "Subscriber Services" choose
5) At top of KB window, select Options > Change Subscriber. Input reason code, and enter .
CAUTION: Do not click enter.
6) Open RM window in KB (yellow telephone)
7) Select Topics > Inventory Activities > Override Aging > CTN - a smaller window will pop up.
8) Select number location TLS *****, choose pattern and enter .
CAUTION: Select Quantity 1, and select "Preview" only.
9) Review selections, when ready, click "OK". has now been released from aging.
10) Navigate back to other KB window with the change subscriber information, and click "OK" and then click "Change".

Note:
1) This tool has no logic programmed yet. First the visuals need to be in place before the logic can be programmed.
2) In the list there are text boxes. Some can be edited, others are disabled becuase they will auto-fill.
3) The step-by-step list, on the final stage will not be visable all at once. Only one step will be shown at a time.
4) I am not confident in the triangle swap aspect yet, so I may need you to draw up a visualisation between 2 numbers, and other detailed steps.
